Requesting a return
Email info@uwinvape.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +49 1521 8008576. Include the order reference, product name, quantity, reason for the request and supporting photos where relevant. Do not return goods until written instructions are provided.
Return eligibility
Eligibility depends on the product, its condition, hygiene and safety considerations, order terms and applicable law. Unless goods are defective or incorrectly supplied, products generally need to be unused, unopened, complete and in resalable condition. Opened, used, altered, damaged after delivery or non-resalable goods may not be accepted.
Damaged, short or incorrect orders
Report the issue promptly after delivery and preserve the products, labels and packaging. We may request photos, video, serial or batch information and shipment packaging evidence. After review, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, account credit, refund or another agreed resolution.
Return shipping
Return routing, carrier instructions and responsibility for return shipping will be stated in the written return authorization. Unauthorized shipments may be refused or delayed.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed after the returned goods and supporting information have been inspected. The refund method and any agreed deductions will follow the order terms and written resolution. Bank or payment-provider processing time is outside our control.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes obligations or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Because the site serves B2B and cross-border orders, any mandatory rights depend on the buyer, destination and transaction.
