What should be verified for every vape SKU?
Create one verification record per SKU and option. Do not combine similar models into a single row merely because their names or packaging look alike. A change in nicotine strength, liquid capacity, device configuration, flavor, barcode or packaging can affect which evidence applies.

Build a product identity chain
The purpose of an identity chain is to make it possible for a second reviewer to trace the quotation back to the physical stock. Start with the product link and quotation row. Use official market sources as the verification starting point
Regulatory status can change. Check the official source close to the order date, save the result and record who performed the check.
